Arrange Change is a grassroots impact collective dedicated to organizing kindness across every corner of our community. We believe that true change isn't linear—it’s a web of support that catches those who fall through the cracks.

Our mission is to foster community resilience and equity in Coatesville by providing under-resourced youth and families with access to holistic wellness, educational recreation, and nutritional security. Through mindfulness-based equine programs, community-supported agriculture, and essential resource distribution, we empower our neighbors to overcome systemic barriers and lead fulfilled, healthy lives.

Coatesville residents are encouraged to be careful of icy conditions and extreme weather. The Public Works department is working to salt roads this morning and throughout the day. City Hall is closed today but emergency services remain open and operational. Stay safe and off the roads while road crews get caught up.
