For so many years of my life, I was never confident girl. I always thought confidence was transactional…it was always dependent on something like “I’d finally be confident when I lost the weight, looked a certain way, reached a certain goal, or became the version of myself I had pictured in my head!” So I spent years waiting for the confidence to just “show up”

Then one day,I realized confidence isn’t something that happens to you, it’s a mindset you choose. Nothing magically changed about me overnight. My body didn’t change. My life didn’t suddenly become perfect. What changed was the way I spoke to myself. I finally decided to stop treating confidence like a reward and started treating it like as a daily decision. The moment I stopped focusing on everything I wasn’t and started appreciating everything I already was, I felt freer and my confidence started to build. Now, it’s a lifestyle. I live everyday knowing that I am enough and because of that, I fall more I love with the version of me I am becoming more each day. 🫂🤩
