IT'S FINISHED!
We teased the Ruffle Skirt and Shrug the other day for your upcoming Special Occasions, but it wasn't quite done yet!
Well, here is the finished product. Perfect for a wedding any time of year. The cute little shrug is just enough to cover your shoulders when wearing a simple tank underneath or, go all out with a super sexy bustier underneath and really ramp up the Victorian/Steampunk aspect of this black and white ensemble.
