Let's face it: the headwear industry has been coasting for decades on a design that’s basically a piece of cardboard and some fabric. While every other piece of athletic gear has gone high-tech, the "standard cap" stayed stuck in the past—leaving your ears and face to fend for themselves against UV rays that cause real damage.

Breaking the mold isn't as easy as just adding a bigger brim. If it were, everyone would be doing it. We’re deep in the weeds with technical drawings and mathematical sequences because building the best outdoor hat for athletes is actually a massive engineering headache.

Here’s why we’re obsessing over the details:

Math vs. Sun: We use the Fibonacci Sequence to balance a visor that actually covers your face and ears without making you look like you’re wearing a satellite dish.

Aerodynamics: Most "protective" hats fly off the moment the wind hits 10 MPH. We engineered ours to stay put at 40 MPH—no dorky chin strings required.

Vision: We’ve spent months perfecting "wings" that shield you from skin cancer without giving you blind spots on the course or the trail.

It’s a lot of work to fix a product that’s been stagnant for fifty years, but 1 in 4 golfers getting skin cancer is a statistic we aren't okay with. New designs are coming later this year for those who are tired of settling for "good enough".
