Meet Aaron.

Husband. Father of two. 19 years in the fire service. Currently serving as a full-time Deputy Fire Chief.

Raised in Bishop, CA, he’s built his life around family, service, and staying after it—whether that’s leading firefighter fitness programs, organizing annual stair climbs, or just living life on the Eastside of the Sierras.

Aaron’s been supporting Rust & Iron long before we ever called him an ambassador. Buying on his own. Sharing our story. Showing up—no questions asked.

And in a small moment that most people wouldn’t think twice about—when offered a free item with his “welcome aboard” code, he chose the cheapest one.

This is the kind of brotherhood the firehouse was built on—them over us.

Exited to announce that Rashelle Stetman will officially be part of Rust & Iron’s creative process for future designs!

A world-recognized fine artist and tattoo artist out of Texas—her work speaks for itself.

She’ll be the primary artist behind our designs moving forward, bringing a completely new level of depth and meaning to what we’re building.

She’s still running her own career, her own art, and even her own podcast—but now she’s also the creative force helping shape Rust & Iron.

This just made sense. Same mindset. Same values.

We’ve got a lot in the works behind the scenes… this is just the beginning & we are stoked.

F*^k the stigma.

Somewhere along the line, people decided struggling meant weakness.
That being honest about your mental health meant you couldn’t handle it.

That’s a lie.

We don’t trash someone for needing insulin.
We don’t shame someone for a broken bone.
So why the hell do we do it when it’s the mind?

Too many first responders… too many good people…
are suffering in silence because they’re afraid to say,
“I’m not okay.”

That needs to end.

Real strength isn’t pretending you’re fine.
It’s having the guts to speak up, to face it, to get help if you need it.

We’ve buried too many because of silence.
We’ve lost too many to pride.

Break the cycle.
Have the conversation.
Be the one that says it first.

We’re not doing stigma anymore.
