Hey everyone,

Hope you guys had an amazing homecoming week and 3-day weekend! There will be a fashion club meeting this Thursday in room F106 during Lunch where we will be starting another sewing project—circle skirts! Circle skirts are incredibly simple and easy to make so for this meeting we will be making the patterns to start off the project. We hope to see you there!

Hey everyone,

Hope your Monday's been going well. As usual, there will be a meeting this Thursday in room F106 during Lunch where we will be continuing with the headbands so remember to bring your patterns and any fabric that you used or were able to purchase over the weekend. We're so excited to officially start machine sewing and just a reminder, no experience necessary!

Hi!

SO, thanks for attending the third meeting! It was so nice to see you guys again and the mood boards are looking great!

ALSO, your fourth meeting is this Thursday, during lunch, in room F106. In this meeting, we will be learning how to sew with machines. We will be making headbands so you can bring some of your own fabric and elastic if you would like to, but we will be providing some already. We will be working on machine sewing for two meetings (For anyone not wanting to learn how to sew, you could always draw your headband on paper). Then, three meetings later, we will be upcycling. Upcycling is taking already made clothes and redesigning or decorating them. This does not require sewing (For anyone who does not want to learn to sew). For upcycling, you can get these clothes and materials from your home, any thrift shop (like goodwill), or even the local flea market.
FINALLY, there will be no winter fashion show as it is a busy time and none of the dates of availability we have been given to host the show are optimal. We will, however, be a spring fashion show. As the weeks go along we will be teaching you various techniques to make your lines (for the show), partying, and enjoying fashion.

Hey everyone,

Hope you all enjoyed making mood boards at last week's meeting. It was so fun seeing what trends and styles inspire you guys and we hope to see more of that at this week's meeting where we will be continuing with the mood boards. As usual we're meeting in room F106 during Lunch this Thursday. Also, we're selling JAMBA JUICE at club food day this Friday for $4 so come out and support fashion club!
