All unpaid premium MULMUL orders have now been cancelled and returned to the floor.

As much as we value every single one of you, there is only so much we can hold onto unpaid claims before they need to be released. At some point, the invoice starts collecting more dust than compliments.

At Lilac, we always prioritize customers who communicate promptly and complete their payments on time. Please don’t take it personally. Friendships and business are two different things, and when it comes to running a business, we have to be fair to everyone, regardless of how well we know each other.

One small request: if you’re coming into our inbox to price match, negotiate after claiming, or start a debate over our policies, we’re probably not the right platform for you.

Our business operates on fairness, transparency, and respect for every customer. That approach has helped us build the wonderful community we have today, and we’d love to keep it that way.
