It is essential to help the first responders and front line workers, by doing your part. Respecting the social distancing guidelines and being responsible for protecting the one next to you. It is essential, that we acknowledge the tough times and shed some tears, be sad and have a few sobering moments. It is essential, that we observe how our lives have been interrupted and how that interruption has made living difficult, possibly downright hard for a lot of us. Yes, it is essential to recognize what way we've been impacted. We've been greatly impacted. But now, it is essential, that we resist being ruled by fear and uncertainty. It is essential, that we stand up a grab Covid-19 by its crown. It is essential, that we understand that we are the "essential", that it's okay to laugh at our moments of disruption. It is essential, that we recognize that we must "live on". It is essential, that we know who we are. We are...America...stronger!
