Sir Wicknell did not owe anyone anything. NOTHING. 😭 He had every right to keep his money and live his life without giving anyone a single thing. But he chose to give. He chose to bless people.
Cars, money, school fees, helping families… and so much of it was happening behind the cameras. How many children were going to school because of him? How many families had their lives changed because he decided to help? We may never even know the full extent of it.
And still, people were not satisfied. 💔
Now instead of mourning a human being who has died, people are busy saying he was selfish, he did this, he did that… Bula bula! 😭
WHAT exactly was he supposed to do for people to appreciate him? Was he supposed to feed the whole country? Buy everyone a car? Pay everyone’s school fees? Give every person money? Then maybe you would finally say he was a good person?
Haaa, honestly, people are people. 😭💔
Someone has died. Let his family mourn. Let the people he helped mourn. Let the people who loved him mourn. You don’t have to like everything about someone to acknowledge the good they did while they were alive.
At this point I don’t even know what to say. Seeing people celebrate or speak with happiness about someone’s death is just heartbreaking. 😭💔
Life is so short. Today you are here, tomorrow you are gone. All that money, all those cars, all that success… none of it goes with you.
