As graduation season and custom order requests continue to come in, I wanted to share a quick reminder.
Every custom order includes more than just materials. It includes design time, editing, communication, production, equipment, supplies, and the time it takes to create something personalized just for you.
Please note:
✨ Customer-supplied items do not eliminate the customization fee. While your item cost may be reduced, the design, labor, setup, and production time remain the same.
✨ Rush and same-day orders are subject to additional fees based on turnaround time and availability.
✨ Pricing is based on the service being provided, not just the materials being used.
✨ Quotes are provided based on the specific details of each order and are non-negotiable unless otherwise stated.
