The next few months are going to be so much fun at Nova Marie Boutique 🤍✨

One of my favorite parts of owning this business has been getting to meet so many incredible women through our events, and I’m so excited for everything we have planned this summer.

☀️ Summer Refresh Open House — June 14, 1–4 PM
Shop new arrivals, enjoy refreshments, and give your wardrobe a summer refresh.

🛍️ Sidewalk Sale — July 11, 10 AM–6 PM

A reminder from Nova Marie ✨

You’re allowed to outgrow versions of yourself that once kept you safe.

Sometimes healing doesn’t look like becoming someone completely new. Sometimes it looks like thanking the version of yourself that got you through the hardest days and gently letting her rest.

The people-pleaser.
The one who stayed quiet.
The one who expected the worst.
The one who built walls around her heart.
The one who learned to shrink herself to feel safe.

Those versions of us aren’t failures. They were survival strategies.

But there comes a point where what once protected you starts holding you back.

Healing is realizing you don’t have to live in survival mode forever. It’s learning that you can be soft without being weak, trust yourself again, and make decisions based on who you want to become—not just what you’re trying to avoid.

I think one of the hardest parts of growth is accepting that some versions of ourselves were necessary for a season, but aren’t meant to come with us into the next one.

So if you’re in a season of letting go, give yourself grace.

You don’t have to become a completely different person.

You just have to keep becoming more of yourself. 🤍
