In response to another wave of false claims both on Facebook and Reddit:

1. I did not falsely accuse my ex.
2. I reported what DID, sadly and horribly, happen to the police.
3. I did so after a legitimate, growing fear, after I had the courage to end the relationship. (In case you’re wondering, this is can be the most dangerous time for someone leaving a dynamic like that)
4. My attorney helped encourage me to be brave enough to speak up to authorities. Because some things were happening that caused me to feel great fear. So if something more were to happen, they would have some record of what’s been going on for some time.
5. There is actual evidence, witnesses to certain things. It was a case that was charged by the city, then the prosecutors office moved forward with it.
6. I was asked before the trial, how I felt about offering a plea deal- this was in part so I could decide to face it all again in court, in front of a jury, etc.
7. I communicated that I was accepting of the plea deal. My hope was, this would be enough to bring this all to an end and not have anyone else hurt in the future.
8. I have no knowledge of anything like this taking place:

“The things my kids have gone through, having to provide evidence to police, proving her stories were completely fabricated, it's unreal”

9. I do know one of the kids specifically, did witness something I wished he’d never had. It breaks my heart honestly. There was a video and I ensured his mom was made aware of what had happened, my heart still aches over that.

Lastly it is my birthday week… and just like last year - ON MY BIRTHDAY - another one of these same post were made…

The fear, stress and harassment have greatly affected my life and my health.

I want to be left alone. I want the lies to stop.

Until they do, I will stand up for myself.

I will no longer allow anyone to try and take my voice, my sovereignty, my dignity, my right to feel safe- ever again.

A gold digger…. Yeah I have a pattern of working really hard, digging for the golden nuggets in all things. Supporting others in doing the same. Sometimes it hasn’t worked so well, sometimes it’s been incredible….

But one thing I know for sure- I am one hell of a hard working miner, teammate, partner and business owner.

If anyone ever tries to minimize your hard work- shake that off! You know what your heart, your mind, your passion and your spirit- all bring to the table ✨

* I did not create this video mashup, nor do I know who originally made it. I simply reshared it. ;)

“Instrumentalization of a partner”:

Partners are not commodities or resources to be mined for their labor, creativity, stories, connections, or value—and then erased from the narrative.

…an interesting statement….

It is so important to honor you, don’t let your value be dismissed, your worth forgotten, your loyalty, hard-work, love and commitments matter. 🤍 Just some perspective to anyone who made need a reminder. Truth is truth 🤍 xo

Please have discernment when someone tries to tell you about another persons life, motives, feelings or actions.

“…and she chose to end our brief time together and move on to husband #5”

This is not classy. There is no husband I moved onto, no dating for a long time after this.
I know I don’t need to defend, but it’s wrong to speak on the behalf of someone falsely.

In my opinion, a statement like this feels manipulative and misleading.

What’s the real motive?

Is from 2019 - 2025, a brief time? Possibly.

I would not sue someone and wish them the very best in life, at the same time.. but that’s just me.

Just some things on my mind.
