This week's project is masks. This pattern is from Urban Threads and I changed it so I could make 2 at a time. These have been lots of fun and have been turning out really nice. I was able to use lots of pieces from my fabric stash.

Yes, I have a problem. No, I'm not in therapy. This IS my therapy!!

After weeks of having an embroidery machine in my kitchen, I finally got the beast moved upstairs and both machines moved into my new shop. My wonderful grandchildren came today to help put the thread up on the walls. And most of all, thanks to my AMAZING husband Rod for not only putting up with my insanity but incouraging it! 😍

I think I'm going to need more shelves! Happy Halloween 😲

This is the first building in the year long construction of the Christmas Village. There will be 13 buildings in all including a church, school, toy shop, bakery, post office and several different houses with trees, fences and other details all made on the embroidery machine. I'm so excited to make them all! The designs were a gift from my wonderful husband Rod.

Well, it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas here at DreamStitch Embroidery!

These are Gingerbread Houses made completely on the embroidery machine. Each house takes @ 6 hours to sew and assemble. They are 7.5 inches tall. Each one will come complete with Pixie lights and they even smell like gingerbread! They are for our grandkids to enjoy. I am hoping they will be family heirlooms for years to come.
