Just like that, Bahari turned one last month. 🎉
I always knew entrepreneurship would be hard, but I never realized it would be THIS hard.
The mental, physical, and financial stress that goes into building a business is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I missed countless social events, almost all of Ethan’s football and baseball games—including a championship game. I’ve faced disappointment after unsuccessful events, come home with swollen feet and back pain after standing all day, and navigated difficult interactions while still managing to smile and serve with grace.
The list goes on…
But through all of the challenges, I always saw a light at the end of the tunnel.
I’ve built meaningful friendships through Bahari, met incredible people who became loyal customers, and received overwhelming support from this community. Every time someone tells us they love our exclusive collections, our quality, or our affordability, it reminds us why we started this journey in the first place.
With that said, after careful consideration, Bahari will be taking a six-week break from festivals and events. We will remain open by appointment only during this time.
This pause will allow us to recharge, refocus, and prepare for what comes next.
And trust us—there are some exciting things happening behind the scenes. We have some big news coming at the end of the summer, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
