I began Crayton's Creations in 2008 because I wanted to make quality jewelry to match my outfits. All of my artisan jewelry is meticulously hand crafted from carefully selected materials with strong attention to color, textures, and detail; producing jewelry as unique as the individual that wears it. Crayton's Creations offers general repairs, jewelry matching, cleaning, restyling, custom work, as
well as men’s and bridal jewelry, and is available for corporate events, and home parties. Jennifer Crayton is self taught, but learned basic concepts from industry bests such as Sandra Lupo, and Peggy Tepper. She is a graduate of the first Center for Urban Entrepreneurship & Economic Development and Rutgers Business School's NJ Entrepreneurship Pioneers Initiative (EPI) class. She is also a recent graduate of the Greater Newark Enterprises Corporation's The Urban Entrepreneurs Development Institute (UEDI) Entrepreneurial Training Program. Her pieces can be found at the Sigal Museum and Noble Art Piano in Easton, PA, as well as NJ boutiques. She is the recipient of the 2011 "Chic Award" for best jewelry design in The Gallery at St. John's 12th Annual Plaid Show. In 2009 she was a featured jewelry artist in the Art and the City, Annual Sculpture Competition, presented by the Newark Arts Council and Gallery Aferro. She has also conducted seminars at the Sigal Museum in Easton, PA. Her pieces are worn by author Caryl Lucas, Today Show host Jane Pauley, and Chocolatier Antoinette Little to name a few. In her former life, she was a recruiter for NJ Transit. She is mother to 3 cats, and many, many jewelry creations. Contact
