Going forward, I will require advance payment for all orders, and I would appreciate it if you could refrain from contacting me solely to obtain pricing information with the intention of seeking a better deal from another supplier. I have experienced several instances where customers have reached out to me regarding shirts, indicating that payment would be made on a specific date, prompting me to purchase materials and, in some cases, manufacture the product, only to find out that they had acquired it from another source. It is disappointing to be contacted for pricing information, which is then used to negotiate a lower price with another vendor, and to be deceived in the process. If my pricing does not meet your budget, I encourage you to be candid, and I will be more than happy to investigate cost-effective options or respect your decision to explore alternative vendors. As a small business, I am not in a position to absorb the costs of materials or product creation for individuals who never intended to make a purchase. I do not engage in bulk production, and I often hold onto items for several months or even a year before they are sold.
