Welcome sunny month of August... You bring back beautiful childhood memories of a joyfilled life... 🌻

♡ | SUMMER MEMORIES | ♡

During Summer time in general but especially when the month of August arrives, I am growing fond of my many beautiful childhood memories and they become very vivid.

Growing up in the countryside does not offer you some of the fabulous opportunities of a city girl like taking ballet classes, large bookstores, fancy parties, but it certainly lights up your creative spirits and immerses a deep connection with nature. Early on I had an eye opening moment and learned that nature is communicating the truth. No deceit or beating around the bush... Basically nature is a bit comparable to our pets, they love us unconditionally and we can pick up a lot of knowledge from their behavior. If we treat them well, we will be generously rewarded. I guess this was the time when I started to protect both the littlest creatures and the colorful diversity of wildflowers along the way. And to this day this hasn't changed.

I am very grateful and admit: The strength and inner power that I receive from hugging my huge life oak tree every morning is one of my biggest gifts in my life… a memory of my free spirited childhood.
