📦 A little reminder from your favorite small businesses…

Shipping costs are about to increase again, and while we do everything we can to keep our prices as low as possible, shipping rates are set by the carriers.. not by us.

We know every dollar matters, and we feel these increases too. Many small businesses absorb as much of the cost as we can before we’re forced to make adjustments.

If you notice shipping costs change in the coming weeks, we simply ask for a little grace and understanding. Every order you place supports a real family, real dreams, and a small business working hard to serve you.

Sometimes it’s easy to get caught up in the headlines and forget to appreciate all the good around us.

Watching people from all over the world come together to celebrate, cheer, and enjoy everything our country has to offer during the World Cup has been a really cool reminder of how special this place really is.

Today, as America celebrates 250 years, I’m simply grateful for the freedoms we enjoy, the communities we continue to build, and the opportunity to call this country home.

I’ve noticed a lot of small craft businesses talking about how much slower sales have been this year, especially over the last few months. It got me wondering…

I’d love to hear from you as a customer. 🫶🏽

If you’ve been shopping less with small businesses lately (or buying fewer craft supplies in general), what’s the biggest reason?

Is it:
✨ The economy?
☀️ Just the normal summer slowdown?
🛍️ Too many sales everywhere that you’ve started waiting for discounts?
🎨 Already have a craft room full of supplies?
⏰ Less time to craft?
💸 Something else?

And here’s something I’m genuinely curious about…

What could small businesses do that would make you want to shop with them more—without having to run a sale every single week?

While sales definitely help boost orders, they’re not something most small businesses can sustainably do all the time. I’d love to know what matters most to you. Better rewards? Exclusive products? Faster shipping? More tutorials? Community? Something else?
