Have you EVER thought of the type of grass on a golf course and been totally perplexed as to why some are so F$CK!NG hard? Let's talk about FESCUE.......Like what is it and why?

Benefits of using FESCUE grass on a golf course:

**Requires less fertilizer and irrigation than many cool-season grasses, lowering maintenance costs and its good for the environment! Woo hoo!

**Firm and lightning fast surfaces: ideal if you love a traditional-style, links play. Think the best drive of your life that rolls further than it should and your friends all high five you (but secretly hate you b/c you are better than them)

Drawbacks of FESCUE: according to KiKi:

**The stuff is insane to hit out of the rough. You might have a small nervous breakdown after multiple attempts. It's completley capable of making a person need to seek counseling after a bad round on a realtively easy course.

**You will swear, like explatives, over and over and if you don't you aren't a true golfer. FACT.
