Let's chat about my glute-focused transformation progress 🍑 (key word ✨progress✨ not finished yet)

Left: Dec 3, 2025
Middle: Dec 4, 2025
Right: Jan 6, 2026

What changed first (Dec 3 → Dec 4)
This wasn’t muscle growth yet.
My glutes:
• Started turning on properly
• Took over the work they were supposed to do
• Improved my posture and hip position

👉🏽 When your glutes activate correctly, your shape can change fast.

What changed over the next 4 weeks (Dec 4 → Jan 6)
This is where the real work shows.

• Early-stage hypertrophy
• Glute medius & minimus development
• Upper glute fullness + visible lift
• Stronger connection between glutes and legs

My new year started today. I kicked off the first workout of the year w/ my gallll 💪🏾🤍

I spent the first five days of the year surrounded by love, family, friends, and peace. Normally I start the year rushing, stressing, and trying to force plans together… and it only throws my nervous system into chaos.

So I came into this year differently 🙏🏾 calm, present, no pressure, no rushing.

I’ve never felt this clear stepping into a new year. ✨
