Don’t be discouraged by a “bad undisciplined day”. Make sure you get back to work and start the grind again! It’s okay to splurge a little, just make sure you take care of yourself!

Something not talked about enough in the fitness community are the struggles we overcome everyday. Growing up overweight it’s been a constant struggle to eat to put on muscle. Subliminally for those who grew up overweight it’s hard to associate eating in a positive mindset. Whatever your struggles are we’re here to listen, talk about these struggles, and help overcome them. But most importantly to reach your peak. Everyday wherever you are, whatever you’re doing whether it be starting the process in the gym, changing your diet up, starting to walk and exercise, you’re doing great keep it up. Don’t let people deter you on your journeys!

Weighed in this morning at 181. Keeping the food healthy and enjoying one little snack a day to keep my craving at bay lol. Moving forward every day and lifting hard as I can.

I’m going to continue to work hard. Small little cut upcoming in April/May time area just to trim some unwanted fat that I am welcoming during my mass gaining phase. Hoping to get up to around 185… we shall see 😂

Keep on going and finish the week of strong! Do not be tempted to make bad decisions! Have fun but stay controlled my friends!

I have no idea if you guys know but, we have a little blog going on that we post every Saturday/Sunday. Going to keep growing this until we have a community!

Something I’ve been diligently working on is mass in my legs. It’s taking a lot of time but the strength I’m getting is crazy! Im now repping 315 for reps on squat and my RDL is improving fast.

Looking forward to being more open with you all and transparent about what’s going on in my physical life!

Hit shoulders today. Learning how to take it easy lifting for once, I’ve been dealing with some nagging pains lately, so I had to cut my weight nearly in half. Going to start gradually increasing the weight over the course of the next few weeks.

Definitely gaining mass and weight! Happy about the growth, not so happy with the fat 😂 oh well! It’s apart of the cycle. I’ll start a gradual weight loss in the next couple months, but right now, it’s full send!

If you guys have any tips or anything, feel free to share them! Until then, get off your ass, eat healthy and go to the gym!

Official weigh in came at 181.8 today. Gonna weigh again tomorrow just to confirm since I have really weighed myself consistently.

I am up about 7 pounds from awhile ago, it’d not an easy thing for me to accept since I’ve never been the most happy person with my body. But, one thing is, I’m happy I’m pushing more weight, gaining mass, and just have to accept that gaining weight is OKAY! Don’t be afraid to gain or lose a few pounds (obviously if you can, or it’s healthy). It’s really a mental game man! I feel like being open and honest here can inspire others to do more and achieve more because you aren’t alone!!!
