Mid December update.. this is tough to write. The after Thanksgiving snow has caused chaos for the shipping industry. Unfortunately, all of my big orders are sitting somewhere in lala land. I have been back and forth with UPS and FEDEX customer service all week and I can't seem to get a concrete answer as to where they are. I am doing my best to navigate and stay on track to get items out before Christmas as promised. I'll be reaching out individually to anyone who's order is currently in limbo.
