Howdy! My name is Lauren, the owner and maker behind every cap.
I started Rank Needle Designs because I wanted to grow the sense of community in my area with quality products made to work as hard as you do. Supporting local businesses is super important to me so I started this with the hopes that people will know the person behind the brand.
Every cap is handcrafted and made to last through the Florida summers. Quality materials and unique fabrics that are comfortable enough for the long days are very important to me. As a union apprentice myself, I know how much of a difference it makes to have a nice cap under you hard hat/hood.
I’ll be offering both ready-to-ship and custom orders, with a variety of fabrics and sizes so you can find one that fits you and your work. All caps will come with a 3-4 inch long bill and can be single or double lined. Whether you’re working in the field, at the shop, or a little bit of both, I want you to have a cap that’s built to keep up with you.
