I don’t know how cake makers do it. My 11 year old made this cake today. I had to teach her how to make and use a double boiler. How to make meringue. Then Swiss meringue buttercream. The correct way to hold an off set spatula. Cutting leaf tips into tipless bags and pipe leaves. 😅. But she finished strong and mom staged her cake.

So what do you think? Should I let her decorate the cookies now too?
