Where you will find handmade crocheted amigurumi and other fun items."What is amigurumi?" you ask? "Amigurumi is the Japanese art of knitting or crocheting small stuffed animals and anthropomorphic creatures. The word comes from a combination of the Japanese words ami, meaning crocheted or knitted, and nuigurumi, meaning stuffed doll. I learned how to crochet in a "mini-course" in middle school, b

ut only picked it up again about eight years ago when I was looking for something creative and productive to do while watching tv at night. I liked that the critters are small and I can finish one in a few hours...instead of trying to make a blanket that could take weeks! I will post some of the critters that I have in stock and also some that I've made before.
