Over the past 3 years, Project: Lace 'Em Up has been able to provide over 10,000 pairs of footwear & socks, thousands of lbs of canned goods, hundreds of kids toys & backpacks to thousands...but most importantly, we’ve been able to share smiles and love with thousands of friends.
From trips around Philly, to Houston, to Haiti & Puerto Rico, our amazing team and donations, made possible by all of you, have found deserving homes. These past 3 years have been filled with experiences and friendships that will last a lifetime.
With that being said, will be put on hold for the time being - there is no timetable, but we will be back. On behalf of Project: Lace ‘Em Up & everyone who ever supported us, thank you for making the past 3 years possible. We love you.❤️🙌

Meet 2-year-old Cillian Jackson & the incredible members of Farmington Public School’s team, in Farmington, MN, who built a special wheelchair for Cillian.❤️🙌
Cillian has an extremely rare genetic condition that affects his mobility - symptoms are similar to those of cerebral palsy. After Cillian’s parents learned that adequate wheelchairs for their son would cost upwards of $20,000, and not to be covered by insurance, they decided to reach out for help. That is where the robotics team from Farmington comes into play - students were more than happy to work on this project, ultimately making the lives of Cillian and his family a little easier.🙌❤️
Thank you to the Rogue Robotics Team for exemplifying that no matter your age, we are all capable of doing incredible things for incredible people! And to Cillian & his family, we will continue to think of you and wish you all the very best!❤️🙌

Meet the incredible 4,800+ people from Worcester, UK, who lined up in the rain to see if they were potential donor matches for five year old Oscar.❤️🙌
Unfortunately, Oscar has been fighting against a rare cancer, T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL). After being given the news, Oscar’s parents desperately pleaded for help, which led to the incredible response from nearly 5,000 complete strangers!❤️
Although a match has yet to be found, we are thinking of you, Oscar and your family, as we know how much of a fighter you are! Thank you for being so brave and a fighter! And thank you to the 4,800+ selfless people who showed what “strength in numbers” is all about!🙌❤️

We just barely had the time to snap a pic of this bag full of BRAND NEW kid’s Puma cleats, before one of our amazing volunteers individually sorted & bagged them!📦❤️
To the anonymous donor, thank you! We can’t wait to see the looks on the kid’s faces who receive these!❤️🙌

It is with the upmost appreciation, love, and relief to officially announce that Puerto Rico IS HAPPENING!❤️🙌
With that being said, we are in need of last minute donations - we need NEW ankle socks (all genders) and NEW/LIKE NEW women + kids shoes!📦
If you are unable to donate, all we ask is you share this with a friend/family member/etc!🙌
We can’t wait to finally see all the work we have all put in come to fruition! We can’t even begin to thank you all for the constant love and support! Exciting times await us, we hope you join us for the ride!❤️

Meet , from Lubbock, Texas. Over the past several decades, Family Promise has been tackling homelessness and helping low-income families achieve sustainable independence, by focusing their efforts on specific communities at a time.❤️🙌
Local branches, like Family Promise of Lubbock, help coordinate efforts that bring communities together to help homeless families regain their housing, independence, and dignity.❤️
Thank you to Family Promise, and specifically the local branches, like , for being great examples of paying it forward in our local communities!🙌❤️

Meet Lonnie Boyd, from Davenport, Iowa. Over the past few years, Lonnie has been paying it forward by volunteering as a bowling coach to local youth.❤️🙌
Mr. Boyd has never accepted any type of payment for his selfless acts and says, “I do it because my mom always told me, she said, to give back to share with food and whatever you can give to the community...and I just continue to give back to all children, any talent that I have."❤️
So thank you, Lonnie, for leading by example and showing us what it’s all about!🙌❤️

Beginning this week, we want to implement a new series, highlighting & thanking those committing selfless acts/paying it forward, all around the world.❤️
This week, we would like to highlight and thank the anonymous samaritan in Chicago who picked up hotel tabs for 70 homeless individuals, during the record extreme cold temperatures (as low as -70 degrees with wind chill).😳
Thank you, good samaritan, for showing us what it’s all about!🙌❤️
