From this day forward at Deuce Designs Custom Boutique we have POLICIES and RULES we will STRONGLY HOLD ON TO .
✋🏽If we make you aware production is process , weve informed you ONCE A PROOF IS EMAILED, TEXTED OR SENT TO YOU and THEN we will finish item (IF YOU HAVE NOT RECIEVED A PROOF ) that means your item isnt ready , Calling, Coming to either location or leaving several messages doesnt do anything but slow the process for you and everyone else.
✋🏽 If you order something and we start working on your design and proof , in the meantime you attempt to make major color or design changes an additional charge will be implemented immediately (this further slows it down for everyone including yourself .
✋🏽 If you dont know your cell number, dont use internet or email or texting /calling mobily, Continuing to stop at the store unannounced stops us from production we have no ahead notice what we need to have ready for you we cant (make it on the spot throwing everyone else out of the lineup. Please understand we try our best to accommodate everyone BUT this is why we set times ahead.
✋🏽 If you call or text the BUSINESS PHONE and we respond witn a TEXT that means that is the fastest resolution we have atm we are texting to handle multiple things at once please dont immediately call in response .
You call or come into the store , choose purchase, we tell you were starting the process , you pay , we put your item in production lineup, we send you a proof, you approve or deny , we create item(s) .
This is the process . 1-2 people following doffernt patterns is a slight hiccup BUT THE MAIN REASON WE ARE SO BEHIND RIGHT NOW ARE THE CUSTOMERS! Changing designs or colors or sizes, changing items all togther, not coming day and time they set up . calling outside of business hours, not coming or answering at all, contacting me 10 or more times within a day period and ive told you we will reach out to you when we have a proof ect . When 30 customers all at once are doing a handful of what i wrote out its pure caos! YOU CANT AND DONT DO THIS AT KOHLS OR WALMART OR AMAZON
DEUCE IS NOW NO DIFFERENT. I have closed the Boutique for production only. Door is locked DO NOT BANG ON DOOR thinking ima open it up IM NOT ! please be respectful call the number wrote on the door and be answered .

Our ALL YEAR LOCATION STOREFRONT is 106 W Fromt St findlay ! We have been at the Findlay Mall a couple days the end of the week such as thursday , friday, saturday and sunday most weeks! yes you are able to place orders with us either location but please understand the last 2 weeks we had several hiccups we desided to downsize to Myself and my Husband only for our store sanity. And also we had an employee who is no longer with us with the transition i apologize from the bottom of my heart and i have made some major decisions and put some safety measures into place to ASSURE faster production moving forward! if anyone was missed , you had to wait longer for a response or you item was not ready in good time please privately reach out to me and i give yall my word i will more then compensate for the errors! I am a dmall business owner we do this within our own family just us 2 . We didnt have a vechicle for 2 weeks we were both relying on help and rides and trying to manage sales and production at 2 locations .
All is fixed now we are back with our car. We are working round the clock to get back on track !
