Real Deal Extras is a small business, and just like any other business, payment is due when your order is placed.

Going forward:

💜 Custom orders must be paid for when ordered.
💜 I will not purchase supplies, print transfers, customize items, or begin production without payment.
💜 I cannot hold completed merchandise while waiting days or weeks for payment.
💜 If you’re not ready to pay yet, that’s completely fine. Just contact me when you are ready to place and pay for your order.

Every custom item takes materials, supplies, ink, transfers, equipment, and my time to make. Once I make something personalized for you, I usually can’t turn around and sell it to somebody else.

I appreciate every person who supports my business, but I cannot continue making orders and then chasing people down to get paid.
