FOUNDER SPOTLIGHT: AJ TILL
A G E Reforged officially began on August 3, 2026. Here is the purpose behind the company, directly from its founder.
What should “A G E Reforged” mean to people?
Inspiration—the belief that people can rebuild themselves, rise from hardship, and create something meaningful from their lives.
What inspired you to create A G E Reforged?
When my second daughter was born, I realized I needed to leave something behind for both of my daughters—something that would help them know who their father was if I’m ever no longer around.
A G E Reforged is built from my morals, principles, and values, all rooted in spirituality. It’s more than a business. It’s a record of what I stood for, how I lived, and what I hope my daughters carry forward.
What is the most important lesson you want your daughters to learn?
Know who you are and what you stand for. Life will test you, and people may try to define you. Stay grounded in your morals, principles, and values so you never lose yourself trying to become what someone else expects.
What does being “reforged” mean to you?
Adversity always makes things stronger. Life may put you through the fire, but that pressure can reshape you into someone wiser, stronger, and more grounded in who you are.
Who do you hope A G E Reforged inspires?
I hope it inspires everyone, but everything starts as a small ripple. If it reaches one person and inspires them to rebuild, that person can inspire someone else. Over time, one small ripple can grow into something that changes lives.
What should someone feel when wearing A G E Reforged clothing or scanning one of its QR codes?
At peace, even if it’s only for a moment in time. Life can get heavy. If something I created can quiet that weight and give someone a moment to breathe, then it has served a purpose.
What do you want A G E Reforged to become long after you’re gone?
Something that withstands the test of time and remains concrete in the foundation I’ve planned out. It may grow, change, and take on new forms, but it should never lose the morals, principles, values, and purpose it was built on.
