For local Foley, AL/ people: A reminder to all. Hello Sewing aficionados and serious crafters. I am putting together a class to unite your sewing and crafting skills into making a one of a kind, unique, upcycled/recycled, military style “bags”/purses/totes/etc. I have designs for purses, cross body bags, hip and thigh bags, Totes, and messenger/computer bags. All total, about 26 different bag designs I would love to teach others how to make.
I am putting classes together to teach a few of these designs and how they are made. Things to consider if deciding to take this class: you will need to have a functioning/well running sewing machine, have a basic knowledge of sewing skills/sewing machine skills, you will need uniforms and materials/supplies (I will have recommendations for those).
The fee for the first class is $10. We will make what I call a ‘wine bag’. I will need at least 10 interested creative people in order to hold a class. Please contact me to get more details about the class. Posted here is just a small sample of some of the bags I will be teaching, following the initial ‘wine bag’ class.
