I’ve been real gentle with [Brenda] lately. Recently, I took myself to the movies, bought flowers, went shopping, treated myself to doing nothing, utilized Ubereats. [best thing ever] & It’s hard because my body wants to constantly keep going. I can never sit still. EVER.
