Wrapped up a sunroom remodel this afternoon.

This family was dealing with a lot of black mold growing between the furniture and the walls of the sunroom. Trapped moisture and poor air circulation was the initial thought but also found that there wasn’t any insulation in the floor walls or ceiling.

A lot of work in Eleven days. Yes full of surprises but it’s now completed.
