It’s not perfect, but I learned a lot and that’s the whole point but it’ll be a salt and pepper holder for my kitchen. The next one will definitely be better. I need more magnets and I use small cams so the top could swivel on and off freely.

I have always loved this concept and wanted to do one well today I started it and I love it. I’ll get a piece of cedar from the shop tomorrow and make a shelf for soap and hand brush. I’ve gotta find hooks for my mop brush and something to hold the bucket upside down with and my little water hose holder will be complete. No job too small no job to big for red barn, custom woodworks. if I don’t know how to do it, I’ll learn how while doing it

Handmade salt and pepper shakers are done. It was a learning experience and these ain’t perfect, but they’re mine and I like them practice. Your craft learning was the objective I need to get cork to seal the bottoms and then test them out more to come. These were easy and simple and I’ll be making more.

Quick and easy clipboard this was about learning, finding the right hardware and time and effort to make more. I used pine on this one because I knew it would be quick and easy more to come in different designs and different hardwoods because I know the pine will indent when I write on it, but that wasn’t the purpose of this build. It was simply to learn to know what hardware and what effort I wanted to put into making clipboards.

Some personal work on my rockers. Sanded the rough spots where my rescue dogs chewed a little on them. Then decided to do Orion gray color. I’m liking how they look. Ran out of paint didn’t account for overspray but will get more paint tomorrow and touch up the missed spots. I don’t like painting but I always end up painting 😂 I will eventually redo the slats and dowels or get new ones. This was just a quick turn and experiment to see if I liked the color. I like it.
