It’s hard to put into words what Caroline has meant to us.

She walked through our doors at just 16 years old, and we knew right away she was something special. Over the last three years, she’s become so much more than an employee—she’s become family.

The three of us—Caroline, Dawn, and me—have shared countless late nights, early mornings, market trips, laughs until we cried, actual tears, big milestones, and all the little moments in between. She has been such a huge part of this chapter, and our store is better because of her.

While we’re incredibly sad to see her go, we couldn’t be more excited for this next adventure. We know she’s going to do amazing things, and we’ll be cheering her on every step of the way.

We love you, Caroline. Thank you for giving us three unforgettable years. Once a TEL girl, always a TEL girl. 🤍
