I have been sewing for years and now with the inspiration of my children and niece and support of a loving family I have decided to take it to the next step and offer these goodies to the public. I go by clothing size, example size 2T or I will take measurements for a custom fit. Policy
Please read the entire policy before placing your order. Items take 2-3 weeks for production. Custom outfits ca
n take 3-4 weeks. If you have a need by date, please contact me to see if your item will be ready in time. Payment for items are due at the time the order is placed and will not be added to the calendar until money has been delivered via PayPal, check or money order. Please note that the 2-3 week window for completion will not start until money has been received. Custom items are non-refundable, meaning all items that have a name, monogram or that has been created just for you. All items are shipped via USPS or Fedex. Tracking numbers will be provided once items have shipped. I will only ship to the address listed on your PayPal account. This protects you and me from theft. I am not responsible for any item once it has shipped; however, I will work with you and the postal service to try and resolve the issue. Local pickups are done Monday -Friday between the hours of 9am and 6pm at two locations, Central Park off of exit 130 or Cosner's Corner off exit 126. Please make sure these locations, days and times work for you before requesting local pickup. If picking up local, all items that are not picked up at the agreed upon time will not be kept, I simply don't have room to store items indefinitely. If you fail to show at the agreed upon time and still wish to have your item, then it will be mailed at your expense. I am a mother of four and occasionally have things occur that need my attention at home. If for any reason your items are not able to be produced (has never happened), I will notify you immediately and refund your money. If I am unable to meet you at a designated time, I will notify you immediately. If we are unable to agree upon an alternate time, your items will be shipped to your Paypal address. Please note that if you are sending me a picture of an item you wish to have me make that fabric selections are not guaranteed. I try very hard to find the requested fabric but some designers list certain fabrics as seasonal or limited so it may not always be available.
