FRESNO STAND UP!

From incarceration to inspiration. From possibility to probability. From Fresno, For Fresno.

Today we celebrate what can happen when a community believes in its people.

Congratulations to Eric Contreras, a proud Fresno native and Future Fire Academy graduate, for proving that your past does not determine your future. Through hard work, discipline, and commitment, Eric has transformed opportunity into achievement and possibility into reality.

We also recognize Vincent Quintero, Fresno native and Director of Outreach for WMP Transformation Campus, whose passion for service and belief in human potential continues to open doors for men seeking a second chance. Vincent represents the kind of leadership that inspires others to see beyond their circumstances and into their potential.

At WMP Transformation Campus, we understand that transformation doesn't begin when you arrive at your destination—it begins when you have a safe, stable place to start. We are proud to be the foundation where men can rebuild, reconnect, and rediscover what is possible.

The Standard for Reentry Campus.

Special thanks to The Excellent Way and Future Fire Academy for making the improbable probable and creating pathways that turn hope into action and dreams into careers.

This is bigger than one graduate. This is bigger than one program.

This is Fresno investing in Fresno.

Trust the Process. Believe in People. Transform Lives.

TRUST THE PROCESS.

When you first get released from prison, you don't always know exactly what to do next. The challenges can seem overwhelming, and the path forward isn't always clear.

That is why The Unearthed Foundation and WMP Transformation Campus exist—to provide a safe, stable, and supportive environment where individuals can transition successfully back into the community while discovering pathways to a brighter future.

Today, we are proud to celebrate Eric Contreras for graduating from the Future Fire Academy through The Excellent Way Foundation.

Eric's achievement is a testament to what can happen when determination meets opportunity. His journey reminds us that transformation is possible when people are given the support, structure, and encouragement needed to succeed.

We are honored to have played a role in providing the environment that helped prepare Eric for this next chapter. His success reflects not only his hard work but also the power of community, mentorship, and belief in human potential.

We also want to recognize Vincent Quintero, Director of Outreach for WMP Transformation Campus. Vincent has been a driving force in helping men see beyond their current circumstances and believe that a different future is possible. Without the fire in his heart for service and transformation, many would never realize that opportunities like this exist for them.

Special thanks to Jon Cesario and The Excellent Way Foundation for creating opportunities that allow individuals to build careers, discover purpose, and change the trajectory of their lives.

Eric's graduation is proof that the journey does not end when incarceration ends. In many ways, that is where the real work—and the real transformation—begins.

Congratulations, Eric Contreras. We are proud of you and excited to see where this journey takes you next.

This is only the beginning. 🌱

The Unearthed Foundation and WMP Transformation Campus were built from pain, purpose, and the belief that no life is beyond restoration. What society tried to bury, we are determined to unearth.

We are creating more than housing. More than programs. More than opportunities.

We are building a transformation campus rooted in healing, dignity, accountability, trauma-informed care, behavioral health support, and second chances.

This movement is for the forgotten. The overlooked. The discarded. The people still fighting to rediscover their worth.

At WMP Transformation Campus, we believe mistakes should never be final.

The roots are growing. The vision is expanding. The work is just getting started.

Most people only see the cell.
I see the blueprint.

While the world focused on my environment, I focused on my vision. Every setback became strategy. Every scar became structure. Every moment of pain became part of the design for something greater.

“My actions may confuse you because my purpose was never designed for small thinking.”
— Terry Brown

This isn’t about surviving confinement.
It’s about building legacy in the middle of limitation.

The blueprint is bigger than the cell.
The vision is bigger than the struggle.
And purpose will always outgrow the place they tried to keep you in.

Wear My Pain represents the builders, the dreamers, and the voices who refused to let their circumstances define their future.

Meet Vincent Q.
Director of Outreach for the Unearthed Foundation and WMP Transformation Campus.

People say you can’t trust a man who hasn’t walked in your shoes. Well… this isn’t that man.

Vincent understands struggle because he’s lived it. He doesn’t speak from the outside looking in — he speaks from experience, from pain, from survival, and from the fire he now helps others escape every single day.

His testimony is proof that pain can become purpose.

That’s why we are proud and honored to partner with the Unearthed Foundation.

Because from the very beginning, Wear My Pain was NEVER just a product. It was a CALL TO ACTION — a call for healing, transformation, accountability, hope, and restoration for the people society too often overlooks.

And Vincent answered that call.

Together, we are building more than programs. We are building pathways for people to reclaim their dignity, rediscover their purpose, and transform their lives.

This is bigger than clothing.
This is bigger than a brand.
This is a movement.

Some people lost their freedom.
Others lost their voice.
I fight for both.

“I speak for the voices still locked in cages.”
— Terry Brown

This is for the unheard.
The overlooked.
The buried potential society stopped searching for.

Every person has value.
Every story deserves dignity.
And every human being deserves the opportunity to be seen beyond their worst moment.

Wear My Pain isn’t just clothing.
It’s testimony.
It’s resistance.
It’s purpose stitched into fabric.

Transformation is never built alone. It is built through shared purpose, shared sacrifice, and shared vision. One of the most important parts of creating lasting change is building the right team — people who genuinely care about people, believe in restoration, and are willing to stand in the gap for others.

Vincent Q. represents the heart of what the Unearthed Foundation and WMP Transformation Campus stand for. His leadership, consistency, and willingness to connect with the community embody the spirit of transformation in action.

Strong partnerships create strong reentry. Real impact happens when individuals unite around one mission: restoring lives, rebuilding purpose, and helping people become assets to their families and communities.

At WMP Transformation Campus, we believe the right team can change the trajectory of someone’s life. Shared purpose creates unity. Unity creates movement. And movement creates transformation.
