Volunteer opportunity

🚨 Volunteer Opportunity – We Need Your Help! 🚨

We're excited to offer some amazing volunteer opportunities to support an upcoming event on New Year's Eve (12/31) & Day (1/1) at Celebration Park in Allen and we’d love for you to be part of the action! Please review the available volunteer shifts below and click on the button to sign up. By volunteering at the event Frisco Moms Care has the chance to be the recipient of a donation that is desperately needed.

If you can take more than one shift, we would absolutely LOVE that and appreciate the extra help! We’ve split the day into morning and afternoon shifts, but we’d be thrilled if one volunteer is available to cover the entire day at a station. It’s also a fantastic opportunity to volunteer with your group of friends!

Here are the 3 different spots available for each day:

1. Aid Station A & 2. Aid Station B:

Assist with serving water and sports drinks to athletes. Gloves, trash bags, tables, and all necessary supplies will be provided and picked up at the end of the day.

3. Start/Finish Line:

Help with start line activities like packet pickup and assisting runners in lining up.

Support finish line activities such as handing out medals, and providing finish line food and water.

Next week at this time we will all be at Trade Days!

With roots dating back to the old county-wide market that began in the 1870s in McKinney, Third Monday McKinney Trade Days is located in the historic Buckner Community which was the first County Seat of Collin County.

Third Monday Trade Days is open the weekend before the third Monday of every month. The market features vendors offering just about anything a shopper can imagine - antiques, hardware, furniture, clothing, accessories, collectibles, food, cooking implements, produce, and so much more! Food trucks too!
Parking is free on Friday, and $5 before 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

As a volunteer with Cody’s Friends Rescue, I’ve seen firsthand the incredible work this rescue does for dogs in the DFW area. From saving dogs in high-kill shelters to providing critical medical care, Cody’s Friends Rescue is a lifeline for so many deserving pups. 🐶✨

This , I’m raising funds to support these life-saving efforts. Every dollar goes directly toward:
🐾Saving dogs like my Mama who we rescued from Arlington Animal services along with her 5 puppies. All where completely vetted and have since found wonderful homes. 🌟🌟
🐾Heartworm treatments.
🐾 Emergency surgeries.
🐾 Daily care, food, and shelter for hundreds of rescue dogs waiting for their forever homes.
