I’ve been working on this for a long time, and I’m excited to finally start rolling it out!
After hailstorms, one thing I see all the time is people trying to figure out where to start with their vehicle.
A lot of times, they ask someone they already trust — their roofer, property manager, insurance agent, employer, school, church, neighborhood, or simply a friend.
Those people don’t need to become hail-repair experts.
They just need a local repair resource they feel comfortable recommending.
That’s a big part of why we built the Referral Rewards, Community Rewards and Client Resource programs at Texas Dent Company.
The idea is simple:
Give people and local organizations a trusted hail-repair resource they can share when someone needs help.
We handle the vehicle-repair side from there.
With Community Rewards, helping people comes first. When a referral qualifies, attribution is confirmed and TDC approves the reward, it may also create value for the participating organization.
Our Independent Insurance Agent program is different. It’s a non-compensated Client Resource relationship. The agent stays focused on policy questions and their client relationship, while our team handles the repair side.
And with individual referrals, the philosophy stays simple:
A good referral starts with trust.
Recommendation first.
Thank-you second.
We’ve put a lot of thought into building these programs the right way, and I’m excited to finally start sharing them.
