Y’all know me. I give credit where credit is due and all the credit for tomorrow’s booth restock goes to my amazing MIL and husband. Between the thrift stores and yard sales, they absolutely crushed it this past week/weekend. I am solely responsible for the strawberry pie plate. 😝😝

We got in late last night and spent a few hours into the night pricing items. This morning we loaded up the tahoe and the trailer ➡️ then made our way over to Golden Dragon Treasures to set up our very first booth. I’m feeling all the emotions today, but most of all, I am thankful. I could not have made it this far without my people. All of you. All of my friends. All of my family. I am so grateful for all of the memories I’ve made thus far and all of the friends I’ve made along the way!!

Shoutout to my husband for always being my biggest supporter and cheering me on right from the middle of every big idea and dream I’ve brought to light. Here’s to making more friends along the way and new memories! ❤️

This long drive home has given me plenty of time to let my mind explore. As I’ve spent the last couple of hours admiring her, I couldn’t help but wonder how many hands have held her over the years. Her slotted beads at the base date her production primarily to the 1960s, and I can’t help but imagine all the celebrations, family gatherings, holidays, and everyday moments she’s been part of. There’s something so special about knowing a piece like this has already lived such a full life before finding its way to me.

A huge thank you to my wonderful husband for quietly working his way through a Marketplace snag and surprising me with her. ❤️ Now she gets to be part of our home and our story for many years to come. And who knows… maybe 30 years from now she’ll be in someone else’s hands, carrying a few more memories and beginning another beautiful chapter. 🥹✨
