Hiring Project: Pre/Post P&C License Insurance Program Agent- Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR).
Job description-Assist Client’s Members with Military affiliation with Auto, Homeowners, Renters, and Valuable Policy Insurance policies. Position is Primarily Fielding Inbound Calls with No Cold-Calling or Sales.

Pay $16.00 Pre license training. Must have your own laptop/desktop during training. No Mac Books
Remote start date for pre-license training: 3/25/2024
Mon.-Fri. from 9:00am EST - 5:30pm EST for a total of 7 days.
You will join a virtual training class with one of our skilled Trainers that will teach you the material and give you the tools needed to pass your state exam to achieve your Property and Casualty license. *Must pass state test to keep position. After passing the exam pay will be $19.00 with periodic merit increases.
*Schedule will be different post license. * *Shift will fall between 8am-11pm EST Mon-Saturday. *
100% attendance is required and expected during the training & nesting period. No time off will be approved.
Production Work Schedule (Passed State Licensed): Hours of operation- 8am-11pm EST.
*Absolutely must have open availability! *
We require a Monday-Saturday open availability for an 8-hr. shift. (Must be available to work weekends) five workdays with 2 days off a week schedule. 8hr a day 40 hr. per week. The permanent schedule is TBD.
*Position requires passing a Background Check and Drug Test.*
Drug Testing will be managed by our vendor, First Advantage Corporation, you will be scheduled to visit one of their approved labs near you at no cost to you! You will be given their number to schedule appointment once we get you to submit the background check. Drug Test must be completed within forty-eight business hours.
* Background checks must be returned fully cleared by FADV by roster submission date. * If the roster deadline is missed, you will not be able to start on the initial start date. *
*Position requires you to have an Internet connection.
You must be hard-wired connected with Ethernet cable to your Internet modem. No WI-Fi, Phone hotspot or Satellite permitted. Internet speed must be at least; 5Mbps-Upload, 25Mbps -download and 50 ping/latency.
*Equipment is shipped via FedEx and will require a signature. * Received 1-2 weeks after you pass the state test. Includes, monitor(s), keyboard, mouse, headset, and camera.

Make sure you are ready to provide 2 forms of US valid identifications (NO expired documents) You will also need another person – at least 21 years old with computer skills and an email to verify your identity on the form I-9 (we will go over this when we are in the zoom session) Please have them on standby to complete that during the time we will spend together. Professional mannerism and proper attire are expected.
