During Lost Pet Prevention Month, we want to remind you that Nashville Humane has a 24/7 Microchip Scanning Station right outside our shelter gates!

If you find a lost pet, stop by any time to scan for a microchip. It's quick, easy to use, and step-by-step instructions are posted at the station to guide you through the process. And if you stop by while we are open, our staff is happy to help you, too!

A microchip scan takes just seconds, but it could change everything.

❤️ Please remember: Our Microchip Scanning Station is for scanning only. The area is under surveillance 24/7, and it is illegal to leave animals unattended or dump pets on shelter property. If you find a stray without a microchip, please contact the animal shelter for the county where the pet was found.
