I get a lot of enjoyment out of finding furniture in storage units that I can sell locally for low affordable prices.

This dresser is vintage and solid wood but it is really scratched up. I sold it locally today for $15. A lot of people can't even afford Walmart furniture anymore so they will happily grab a scratched up dresser for $15 because it's still solid and functional. The people that buy these pieces are the most kind, friendly and appreciative buyers I've ever encountered.

I dare say I love doing this more than I ever loved selling and shipping glass art, and I adore glass art.

Vinted has changed the way shipping options show for many buyers. As a result, I'm seeing an influx of FedEx orders when I had none before. Sellers cannot turn this or other shipping options off (outside of what hub we're using for drop offs).

Even though I don't generally use FedEx, I will happily honor and complete any sale that chooses this shipping carrier. However, there will be a slight delay in shipping since I can get to the USPS Post Office daily but I can only get to the FedEx drop off once a week.

It is indeed a beautiful day to grill some meat.

Never have I seen so many vintage Crock Pots at the thrift store at one time. Usually there might be one - but there were 5 this time. We have a big one and I'm not shipping something this big and heavy, so I left them all behind (Goodwill, Hanover PA).

Austin Products was made in the USA in Brooklyn, New York. They created affordable home replicas of famous art pieces. These were made of Durastone, a type of plaster, which was then painted to look like marble or stone.
