From pressing clothes to casting light.
This lamp was crafted from a solid cast flat iron, used in the 1800s and early 1900s to press clothes. Before electricity, these heavy irons were heated on wood stoves and held by thick handles. Now, it’s wired and reimagined into a one of a kind lamp.

Made of aged metal with a leather bellows, it was once a vital tool for honey harvests and hive maintenance. Today, it’s been repurposed and handwired into a unique lamp — lighting up a new kind of buzz.🐝
