Custom Orders
Do you love a product but don’t see the exact colors you would like? Perhaps you would love to have something made to showcase your favorite sports team, a show, or some other fandom? That’s where custom orders come in! Each product I offer has it’s own album with examples of what I’ve made in the past, along with the starting price. After you reach out, I’ll let you know what all the choices you have for that item are such as lining, accents, number of pockets, etc., including how much each will add to the starting price if applicable.
Starting price? Why’s that?
Starting prices are for basic fabric choices, such as all cotton. Say you’d love a Tudor but you would like the accents to be vinyl and the handles to be seatbelt webbing. That costs a bit more than all cotton would. Or I come to you with 3 options for the main focal fabric and you choose the one that’s $24/yard and I can’t get a coupon for it. Most fabric isn’t that expensive, so prices are set to reflect that. I strive to get you the best possible product at the best possible price, but sometimes that fancy fabric just speaks to you and I get that!
How does it all work?
All you need to do is send me a Facebook message here on the page or email me (email is on the sidebar) to get your quote started. Once an order is placed, a 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid unless otherwise agreed upon. At this point, a 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect. After the 24-hour cancellation period has passed, the order will be started and cannot be cancelled or altered. Upon completion, the remaining balance is Due in Full before Delivery can be made. If the bag is to be shipped, a separate shipping estimate will be given at the time of completion. The shipping estimate will include packaging, shipping cost with signature, and insurance on the package. There are NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS.
How long will this take?
I will give you a rough estimate depending on if I need to order in specific fabric or hardware and if there are other orders in the queue ahead of you. If you need something by a certain date, for example a holiday or a gift, let me know and I can see what I can do.
