This vintage quilt top was just the hand stitched top when I was asked to finish it. It need extensive repairs and squaring up before I could make it into a finished quilt. I added the borders and then machine quilted and finished with a binding. I love how the log cabin pattern was made with the light and dark colors. I didn’t even notice this until after I was finished and was taking pictures. What a treasure!

When Lavonne messaged me and told me she was getting married and in 3 weeks time I was so excited for her! Her dress needed hemmed and sleeves shortened so not too much and I was so happy for her! She looked very pretty in her dress! Then a few weeks later I was watching a Christmas movie and what do you know-the bride was wearing her dress! That was a fun surprise that’s never happened before 😁

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lindsey for several years altering bridesmaid dresses so when she let me know she needed her wedding dress altered I was so happy for her! Her dress was classic, flowy and feminine and suited her! I was happy to help her vision come true by adding buttons down the back.
This was her note she sent with the photos: “Hi Karla!! Here are some photos of my dress from the wedding! I also included some of my mom’s & Morgan’s since you worked on theirs also ☺️ thank you so much again for all your help!!!! My dress was perfect 😍♥️”

Chloe wanted to use her moms wedding dress for her shower dress. So we got together and made our plan to make her dream come true! I removed the sleeves, slimmed the waist and skirt along with some lace and bead removal and replacement and wow! What a difference and she rocked this dress! She looked amazing!

Jessica had a destination wedding in Tennessee and what a beautiful setting for her gorgeous dress! Her dress needed slimmed down to fit her petite figure and hemmed and bustled. Congrats to the new Mr and Mrs!
