Iā€™ve received so many messages and emails about custom orders, and I promise Iā€™m working my way through every single one! If you havenā€™t heard back from me yet, Iā€™ll be responding as soon as I can.

I will only be able to accept a limited number of orders right now so I can make sure each piece gets the time and attention it deserves. Once those spots are filled, I plan to open a second round of orders as soon as Iā€™m able!

Once your order is confirmed, full payment will be required to secure your spot. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours or the spot will be offered to the next person.

Before there was Teal Thread Co., there was just me making little things for my Teal. Heā€™s the reason I started stitching, the reason this business has his name, and the reason I fell in love with creating these pieces in the first place.

So getting to make his birthday outfit myself just feels full circle. And of course my little duck needed a birthday duckšŸ¦†šŸ©µ

If weā€™ve talked about a birthday/custom outfit or hand-embroidered portrait, please make sure weā€™ve finalized your order and your deposit has been paid so I have you officially on my schedule.
If weā€™ve discussed an idea but havenā€™t finalized everything yet, please send me a message so I know whether to reserve time for your order.

For outfits, I need to have your item in hand at least one month before the date you need it.

Christmas gift portrait spots are also limited, so if weā€™ve talked about one but havenā€™t finalized your order yet, please reach out so I can make sure youā€™re on my list.
