✨ Welcome, shoppers! Please review the following before claiming items:
💥 New Customers: A $20 deposit is required to claim items. This deposit will be credited back to you on your first invoice. Your email address must be sent to the page messenger before you can claim on the live.
💥Existing customers must pay any unpaid invoices before claiming on the current live.
💳 Payment Information:
* Invoices are sent through Square.
* All major debit and credit cards are accepted.
* Afterpay available on orders $50 or more.
* Invoices must be paid by 10:00 AM CST tomorrow/today.
📌 Important Policies:
* Zero tolerance for passing on claimed items.
* No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
📦 Shipping Information:
* Priority Mail shipping includes up to $100 insurance coverage.
* Packages are shipped out once a week usually on Fridays or Saturday.
* Tracking numbers are sent via email once label is printed.
* Additional insurance is available upon request before shipment.
* Once packages are accepted by the USPS, they are no longer under my control.
* If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim with USPS.
