Very happy with my latest project - the Alfama Sweater ( ) by .collective ☀️

Prior to this, I had only knit a pattern with one cable twist (another one of Robin’s patterns - the Lizzy Jumper!) so I was a little intimidated to test this but she lays everything out so well in the pattern that I didn’t run into any issues!! Pattern release is next week so keep an eye on her page for details!

For size reference, I made a size S cropped. I used Big Twist Classic held double for a total of 1,120 yards and less than $8 in yarn because I bought it on super sale 🤯👌🏼 (friendly reminder that you can make really cool things with budget yarn and there’s no problem with that!!)

I loved knitting this top and it’s the perfect handmade tee to add to my spring and summer wardrobe.

I knit a size 1 and used just over 1 skein of yarn - swipe to the last pic to see a close up of the beautiful colors in Chicago colorway on her sunfish base.

One of my favorite hats of the season - the tans/browns have been a favorite and I absolutely love the animal print faux fur pom!

🍂 H A P P Y F A L L 🍂

Super excited that we are officially in FALL and that the weather is starting to change! I love a good fall day when you can feel the crisp chill in the air, it makes me want to wear all of my knit sweaters and hats 🍁

These pumpkins (among others!) will be available at Cannon Coffee starting this Friday! Stop by and get your favorite fall drink and check out their shop! My personal favorite is their pumpkin spice latte and literally any of their waffles, you really can’t go wrong!

Working on stock for this fall/winter season wherever I go! Spent the day yesterday in Wi******er VA and the downtown area is the cutest.

In other news, I’m excited to announce that I’ll be having my products for sale at again starting next month! MC yarn was from a destash and was unlabeled apart from yardage so I’m not sure who it’s from! Blue neckline yarn was a destash yarn I got from someone’s stash from and the purple sleeve yarn is from 💕

A peek at some of the goodies I dropped off at Cannon Coffee today! It wasn’t until I was packing it all up that I realized how much of it was pink 🙈 anyone else have a color that they just seem to prefer to make with or wear? I have so many other colors but here we are!

The Lodge Sweater pattern by Ozetta Handmade Knitwear is LIVE today!!! Go to her page and grab a copy right now! I’m not a fast knitter but I was able to finish this in 2 months and that’s fast for me!

I used three strands of fi*****ng yarn held together so I could integrate some of my favorite dyer’s yarn into this sweater. I held 2 strands of Woolike by Loops and Threads in color Tan and alternated the third strand every two rows between Woolike’s yellow, Crookshanks by Explorer Knits + Fibers, and Autumn AF by Red Door Fibre Studio ❤️

For size reference, I made the smallest size in the pattern!
