From the venue and catering, to the invitations and clothing (that dress!), there are so many details to organize. After planning my own wedding in October of last year, I know how you feel and I’m here to help! I’m Chelsea Burkholder, owner and lead designer of Chelsea B. Design Studio, and it’s my passion to inspire women to express their individual sense of style and beauty through collaborativ

e design. It simply means that there’s one less thing on your plate! After over 5 years in the graphic design industry, I created this business to reach out to women who are looking to brand their special day through their wedding stationery. I certainly think that’s an amazing thing in itself (I’m obsessed), but if you want to spice it up and let your sassy self really shine, let’s add a leopard print envelope liner to really surprise your guests!

Making a list, and checking it twice...

As much as I love making and sending Christmas cards, why does it seem that I’m always rushing and hurrying through them?

Intentionally scheduling myself some afternoon time to make a cup of coffee and address my cards. Maybe I’ll put some *NSYNC Christmas music on because that means Christmas is REALLY here.🤣 anyone else?!

I’m starting a new blog series spotlighting my fellow wedding vendors...by location!

My hope is to create a database of amazing like-minded creatives in the wedding industry so our clients can have one resource to start (and hopefully complete) their wedding planning.

Since I’ve been hiding in my little hole over here and you haven’t seen me in a while, it’s fitting that has rolled around again!

I’m Chelsea, lover of luxurious jewel toned and gold anything, patterned wallpaper, and am equally as in love with my new interior design job (my paycheck and new passion) as I am with my wedding invitation design job (you can have 2 career loves...right?).

Icecream and lattes make me happy, and any excuse I have to bake and gift people with the warm and fuzzies that come along with a warm chocolate chip cookie, I’ll take. Who wants some? 🙋🏻

I’m obsessed with puppies (aka fluffy dogs of any age or size), and get totally sidetracked by IG stories on the regular.

I love love and believe in Gods purpose in my life, and always try to be a positive Polly when someones feeling down (which may involve lattes, icecream, cookies, or puppies. See above).

What is one thing about you that you are known for? For me...my warmth and baking skills. You?
