Took Dora for an overnight sleepover at this beautiful lake. No distractions, beautiful lightning storm with lots of warm summer rain. And the call of very loud red headed ducks in the early morning wake up. Very magical!

Go Fig Go!
I am so excited to see fruit appear for the first time on my fig tree. I have had her for about 5 years. Thought she was dead at one point because all her leaves fell off and only a stick remained. Now she is quite the beauty.
A fig fun fact.
A fig isn't technically one fruit, it's an inside-out cluster of hundreds of tiny flowers, each capable of producing a seed.
I think I may just see if I can propagate another. If you have experience, please share your wisdom.
